USPS Priority Express & DHL is not effected.

Where is my order?
Once you have place your order online an email will be sent to you with a tracking number.
How can I cancel my order?
Inkbox Artistry team ship the next business day, we cannot guarantee we can cancel an order once it is processed.
We work fast and proficient with our orders once it is place and adding an item to an existing order may not be possible if it is processed. You may place a new order and It will get ship out on a timely manner. You may contact our support team email: Hello@inkboxartistry.com
We ship using USPS, UPS, and DHL carrier. When you check out of your cart, you may select a choice of carrier and shipping delivery dates. Free shipping will range from 1-5 business day depend on the states.
My tracking says “Delivered”, but I did not receive the package.
We are sorry this happened. Make sure to check the tracking information provided to see if the package has been dropped off (eg: mailbox, porch, backyard, office reception, or P.O box). You may contact firstname.lastname@example.org for support.
Please NOTE, we are not responsible for lost packages. You may purchase an insurance for your package or request for signature request at checkout. If you need to file a claim check the carrier’s website to file a claim.

Occasionally, the system may flag the transaction as fraud because of missing or incorrect information inputted. If the billing address does not match the card or one important information is missing during payment. Your order will be canceled and you will have to place a new order with the correct information.
