  2. You may track your order by logging into your account or email with your tracking information. Please note, once the shipment leaves our facility, we have no control of the carrier. 
  1. How can I cancel my order?
  2. Inkbox Artistry team ship all orders the same day or next business day, we cannot guarantee we can cancel an order once it is processed.
  1. Can I add items to my order after it is place?
  2. We work fast and proficient with our orders once it is place and adding an item to an existing order may not be possible if it is processed. You may place a new order and It will get ship out on a timely manner. You may contact our support team email:  
  1. What are the shipping prices and how long will I get my order?
  2. We ship using USPS, UPS, and DHL carrier. When you check out of your cart, you may select a choice of carrier and shipping delivery dates. Free shipping will range from 1-5 business day depend on the states.
  1. My tracking says “Delivered”, but I did not receive the package.
  2. We are sorry this happened. Make sure to check the tracking information provided to see if the package has been dropped off (eg: mailbox, porch, backyard, office reception, or P.O box). You may contact for support. Please NOTE, we are not responsible for lost packages.  You may purchase an insurance for your package or request for signature request at checkout. If you need to file a claim check the carrier’s website to file a claim.

  2. If it doesn’t come to you, it will get sent back to Inkbox Artistry. You will have to pay for shipping and make sure to check the shipping information and contact us immediately for assistance. Email:
  1. Why did my order got canceled without me canceling it?
  2. Occasionally, the system may flag the transaction as fraud because of missing or incorrect information inputted. If the billing address does not match the card or one important information is missing during payment.  Your order will be canceled and you will have to place a new order with the correct information.
