    Inkbox Artistry will accept returns within 14 days of purchase date, subject to the following conditions below. Claims for missing items/ damage items must be within 3 business days of receiving your package.

     

    Returns/Exchanges

    Inkbox Artistry will accept returns/exchange within 14 days of purchase date, subject to the following conditions below.

      • To be eligible item must be in new condition, unused, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.
      • Must be done with 14 days within the purchase date.
      • Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of return. ( no refunds on shipping) 
      • IF you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

        • Provide your Full Name and your Order Number (This is located in your email confirmation of your order) 

    Inkbox Artistry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    We recommend customers who are purchasing over $75 to purchase insurance. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@inkboxartistry.com Please include a clear photo for proof.

     

    Customs, Duties & Taxes

    Inkbox Artistry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customers.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted in a form of store credit (if applicable)
    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, in a form of store credit in a form of a gift card. This will be emailed to the email address on file.

    If your return is rejected you are responsible for payment of shipping for the items to be returned to you.

    Inkbox Artistry is not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen. If you are purchasing/ returning a package of over $75 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
